Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our civil engineering projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strong background in land development and civil engineering principles, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects that meet client expectations and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple civil engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
- Prepare and review project plans, specifications, and design documents using Civil 3D.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prepare proposals for new projects.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations during project execution.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for projects.
- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Review and approve project estimates, bids, and contracts.
- Supervise project teams and mentor junior staff in civil engineering practices.
- Identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 10+ years of experience in civil engineering project management.
- Strong knowledge of land development processes and civil design principles.
- Working knowledge in Civil 3D software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with residential, commercial, and industrial development preferred.
- Knowledge of permitting processes and feasibility analysis is a plus.
